Does your hotel offer early check-in or late check-out service?
Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00noon. Early check-in and late check-out is offered subject to hotel availability and additional charges may be applied as below:
For early check-in, we will hold the room for the night prior to arrival at an additional one night charge.
For late check-out, 50% of the room rate will be charged until 6:00pm and 100% of room rate will be charged should you need to stay after 6:00pm.
Will I get a better discount if I book through other websites?
No. Our own website offers the best available rates.
Why do your room rates change?
Our room rates fluctuate depending on demand and availability. Much the same as airline fares.

How far is the MTR (underground / subway) station from the hotel?
The nearest MTR station is Jordan station which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel straight down the Nathan Road.
How long does it take to travel from the hotel to the airport or vice-versa?
30 minutes by MTR Airport Express (from Airport Station to Kowloon Station), 45 minutes by taxi or limousine, 1 hour by Airport Shuttle bus, 1 hour 30 minutes by city bus (A21).
